Maroon 5’s Adam Levine Selling $17.5M Beverly Hills Estate

Maroon 5 frontman and new papa-to-be Adam Levine is selling his freshly redone estate in Beverly Hills, CA, for $ 17.5 million, a nice profit (if he can get it) from his initial $ 4.83 million investment in 2012, Variety says.

The 3.66-acre property with Benedict Canyon views has been re-imagined by L.A. designer Mark Haddawy into a 7,100-square-foot, Mid-Century-ish residence with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and open living and dining spaces.
